Tobii Dynavox is seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our EUROW Technical Support Team. As the voice of the team, you will ensure they provide exceptional support to our users and prescribers, driving business value and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in technical support and/or customer service, with a passion for improving processes and customer experiences. They should be able to coach and develop their team, oversee day-to-day case management, and optimize processes and systems.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in our Stockholm office. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. CRM system experience is required.
