Loyalty and Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our loyalty program and drive customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our loyalty program and collaborating across functions to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Lead the execution of our loyalty program across multiple functions, ensuring seamless delivery and integration with Sales, Brand & Marketing, Tech, and Customer Service.
- Collaborate with our tech teams to implement and test new features, ensuring the program's tech solution is effective and aligned with business needs.
- Drive communication initiatives across teams to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
- A solid background in managing loyalty programs or CRM initiatives in consumer-facing industries.
- Natural ability to manage project initiatives with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration.
- Self-starter with ownership of projects and courage to drive new ideas forward.
- Sharp analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights.
