Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in content creation and campaign execution, within loyalty, CRM, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • A strong understanding of loyalty and retention strategies, including how to increase engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead campaigns from start to finish.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to refine messaging, segment audiences, and improve conversion rates.
