Your Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer service strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing customer service plans to drive business growth and profitability,
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and materials,
  3. Building strong relationships with customers to drive long-term success,
  4. Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns and issues,
  5. Participating in customer meetings and collaborating with procurement and engineering teams,
  6. Developing and improving our customer offer and processes,
  7. Taking ownership of results-driven initiatives and solving complex problems with a customer-centric mindset,

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration,
  • Experience working with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers,
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies,
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management,
  • Willingness to drive continuous improvement,
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills,
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
