Job Description

This Customer Success Manager Hospital Patient Monitoring position plays a crucial role in driving customer success by fostering collaboration and value creation in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions.

Key Tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Have a proven track record in customer relationship management and/or management consulting with a focus on strategic partnership.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Hold a master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Healthcare.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English with a strong understanding of the Swedish market.
