Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team of 20 people. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong relationships, retaining, upselling, and growing accounts by challenging customers to adopt new features. This role also involves delivering customer tailored demos, owning order intake budgets, and being a voice of the customer internally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, with proven B2B and SaaS experience. They will have a strong ability and motivation to retain and expand customer portfolios, as well as a customer-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset. Additional requirements include a Bachelor's degree, driver's license, and fluency in Swedish and English.
