Your Responsibilities: You will manage a book of key accounts, develop successful onboarding and training strategies, and act as a strategic advisor towards your customers. You will also need to utilize data to derive insights and drive greater client engagement. Additionally, you will share knowledge and learnings within the organization and assist the sales team in high-level discussions with potential customers. You will work closely with our Relationship Managers to drive customer value, retention, and growth of our Enterprise solution.

Key Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong technical knowledge, proven track record in addressing C-suite executives, ability to structure work and prioritize tasks, and excellent data knowledge. You should also have 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager and be able to lead discussions with customers on security-related inquiries.
