About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to help them unlock the full potential of their recruitment strategy.

As a strategic advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with our customers' decision-makers and key stakeholders, ensuring that Alva is seen as a trusted partner rather than just a software vendor.

You will also be expected to drive adoption and usage of Alva's platform to unlock upsell opportunities and collaborate with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives, challenges, and expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and talent acquisition.

What We're Looking For
  • A background in recruitment or customer success, with experience working with stakeholder management within different seniority levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must; Swedish language proficiency is also required.
