Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at MasterCard. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will be responsible for driving customer success and delivering scalable solutions that meet the needs of our diverse global customer base.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer delivery or consulting, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
