LYL People is partnering with a trailblazing company in the digital printing industry to find a visionary Managing Director to lead their Nordic operations. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the print and digital printing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Oversee the expansion and management of our Nordic operations.
- Build High-Performing Team: Assemble and lead a talented team of 10-15 professionals in sales, service, and administration.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a sales strategy that balances corporate goals and regional needs.
- Explore New Markets: Discover and capitalize on new business opportunities across the region.
- Establish Relationships: Foster lasting partnerships with customers and partners across the region.
- Financial Accountability: Take ownership of the company's financial performance and provide regular updates to headquarters.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading a team of at least five people.
- Industry Knowledge: Essential experience in print, digital printing, or related fields.
- Linguistic Abilities: Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Global Expertise: Experience in managing national operations within an international organization.
- Key Competencies: Excellent sales skills, strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
