About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint within existing customer portfolios.

You will work closely with our Customer Success team to understand clients' evolving needs and develop compelling business cases for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive engagement with customers.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to mitigate potential churn and downsell risks.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in an Account Executive or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry.

  • You possess strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles.

  • You have a proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas.

  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
