Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales technology tools to drive measurable impact.
  • Design and implement processes and workflows that maximize the utilization and effectiveness of marketing and sales technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
  • Act as a change agent to drive adoption of technology platforms across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in technology or digital marketing are a plus.

10+ years of experience managing technology platforms in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B environment.
