Customer Success Business Partner

At Sympa, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Business Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that our customers extract full value from our solutions and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop proactive, strategic partnerships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Build deep knowledge of the Sympa platform to become the customer's trusted advisor and drive the usage and value of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Support, Sales, Marketing, and Services teams, to create value for the customer.
Requirements
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to develop Customer Success skills and experience.
- Ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value of solutions/services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in a Customer Success role in a growing SaaS business is a plus.
