Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new customers to Connectel's platform, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
They will also provide ongoing support to existing customers via email, phone, and meetings, addressing technical requirements and mapping customer processes to our platform.
Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to contribute to additional sales and work closely with product management to manage requirements and contribute to new functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Swedish and English, with proficiency in French, German, or Spanish being a plus.
They should have excellent project management skills, a passion for customer success, and experience working in the SaaS industry.
