Job Description

Serving as a vital member of the TN Sweden customer-facing team, this role is responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your mission is to maximize customers' return on investment in the Workiva Platform.

  1. Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and ensure ROI at the senior management level.
  2. Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews with key stakeholders.
  3. Develop multi-level relationships throughout customer organizations and serve as a trusted advisor to executives & key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording customer activity, outcomes, issues, and communication in customer management tools.
  • Ensuring top customers are continuously working toward key milestones of the Customer Journey using customer-facing Success Plans.
  • Advocating for customers internally by providing continuous feedback to TN Sweden's Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, & Engineering teams.
  • Working with Sales to manage a pipeline of upcoming renewal opportunities and consistently achieving revenue retention targets.
