Customer Success Lead

Serving as a vital member of the TN Sweden customer-facing team, this role is responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your mission is to maximize customers' return on investment in the Workiva Platform.
- Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions and ensure ROI at the senior management level.
- Consult on best practices, workflows, and management business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Develop multi-level relationships throughout customer organizations and serve as a trusted advisor to executives & key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording customer activity, outcomes, issues, and communication in customer management tools.
- Ensuring top customers are continuously working toward key milestones of the Customer Journey using customer-facing Success Plans.
- Advocating for customers internally by providing continuous feedback to TN Sweden's Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, & Engineering teams.
- Working with Sales to manage a pipeline of upcoming renewal opportunities and consistently achieving revenue retention targets.
