Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success & Delivery Manager to lead the post-sales process for our customers across Europe and the United States.

This role requires exceptional project management skills, a passion for customer success, and the ability to work across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our solutions and services.
    • Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring renewal and retention rates remain high.
  • Project Management & Delivery:
    • Oversee the delivery of our wildlife management solutions, ensuring successful implementation, onboarding, and training.
    • Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with internal teams, and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Work with customers to understand their specific needs and customize our platform to meet their objectives.
  • Ongoing Customer Support & Optimization:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are fully utilizing our platform and gaining value from the product.
    • Monitor customer usage, identify any issues or areas for improvement, and work with the product team to address these.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers to ensure ongoing success and identify additional needs.
