Customer Success Professional

We are expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Spanish/English Customer Success Manager.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for implementing and onboard new customers, helping them use Teamtailor at its full potential, and working as a strategic advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.
Key areas of focus include proactively working with renewals, finding new business opportunities with existing portfolio customers, identifying and preventing churn risk, and collecting and analyzing customers' feedback.
The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS, HR or Recruiting, Customer Success Experience, and project leading, especially complex projects. They should also possess strong communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills.
