Customer Success Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in securing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth within our existing customer base.
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, agreements, and contracts, as well as working closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our solution. Your goal will be to increase customer loyalty and grow our footprint by marketing additional services and licenses, and ensuring successful deliveries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual who is enthusiastic about good customer relations and deliveries. If you have experience in the leasing business and are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, we encourage you to apply.
