At TN Sweden, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Senior Ad Trafficking Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class service and support.
About the Job- We are looking for an expert in ad trafficking to manage account setup, ensure on-time execution of technical integrations, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- This role requires strong communication skills, ad operations knowledge, and technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
- The ideal candidate will be able to explain technical information to broad audiences, coordinate with internal teams, and stay at the forefront of new capabilities to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage account setup and maintain accounts on our system.
- Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation.
- Work with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans to select clients.
- Actively respond to escalations for both publisher and demand clients relating to integration issues, PMPs, discrepancies, Brand Safety, etc.
- Generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for our clients.
- Travel up to 20% to client sites for strategic and quarterly business review meetings.
