Customer Success Business Partner

We are seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to join our team in Oslo, Norway. Our Customer Success Team spans the Scandinavian countries and works daily to secure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage your portfolio of customers consisting of exciting companies with 300-5000 employees across various industries.
- Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Collaborate with customers to build and execute success plans, make forecasts and predictions for each customer.
- Assess and report churn risk for all customers.
- Pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
- Engage internal experts to meet customer needs.
- Steer and guide internal teams supporting the customer.
- 3-5 years of experience owning a portfolio of customers.
- Experience working as KAM, Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Commercial experience and business acumen.
- Results-oriented individual.
- Comfortable working with set KPIs and targets.
- Negotiation skills.
- Great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
