Teamtailor AB is seeking a seasoned Team Manager to lead our Customer Success department. As a Team Manager, you will oversee the team's day-to-day activities, set and achieve goals, monitor KPIs, and lead projects to improve team performance and development. This is a unique opportunity to grow with our company, taking on leadership roles within the Customer Success department and contributing to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities
* Lead a diverse team of 20 Customer Success Managers, including Senior and Enterprise CSMs.
* Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to set and achieve goals for your team and individual members.
* Monitor KPIs with your team, individuals, and overall, in alignment with the Head of Customer Success.
* Lead and delegate projects, coach team members, and provide guidance to support their growth.
* Support team members with customer and internal cases.
* Play a key role in developing the North Europe markets, driving success for both customers and Teamtailor.
* Ensure smooth collaboration with all departments within Teamtailor.
* Initiate projects to improve team performance and development, as well as the Customer Success department.
