About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead - Key Accounts to join our team and drive significant growth by building strong, value-driven partnerships with high-potential customers.

This role involves delivering personalized account management, identifying customer needs, and aligning solutions from our extensive Value Proposition. As a Customer Success Lead, you will engage directly with customers through both face-to-face and virtual interactions to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and develop long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver growth-focused plans that drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers, and support functions to deploy the Value and Technical Propositions effectively.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce to gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality while driving inventory management and value-added solutions installations.
  • Take ownership of customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Grow and manage your customer portfolio, representing RS with professionalism, and dedicating most of your time to customer-facing activities to maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar position.
  • Experience within a multi-channel B2B environment.
  • MRO, OEM and/or mechanical, electronic product knowledge and industry awareness (e.g. competitor landscape, key suppliers, market segments).
  • Fluent Swedish and communicative English.
  • Fully confident in mapping customers and uncovering their potential.
  • Self-driven, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong negotiation skills.
