As a Swedish speaking Customer Success Representative, you will be part of our team that supports customers via all inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email.

Your role involves resolving customer errands, which can range from technical support to helping with loan applications or invoices.

Taking full ownership of customer satisfaction, you will drive improvement by collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with a large and diverse team, reporting to one of two Team Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolving customer errands and driving satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products.
  • Proven capabilities in high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong sense of ownership & detail orientation.
  • Curiosity and a will to constantly improve.
  • Experience from previous fintech companies is a plus.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in English as it's our primary business language.
