As an AWS Technical Account Manager, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges. You'll advise on solutions and provide technical guidance to ensure our customers get the most value from cloud technology. Our Enterprise Support team is dedicated to helping our customers succeed in the cloud, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.

Requirements
  1. Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect
  2. Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for a combination of compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, and applications development
  3. Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  4. Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  5. Customer obsessed
