Nordic Sales Role Overview:

The Sales Excellence Manager Nordics will be responsible for driving commercial initiatives with accountability to achieve agreed goals, leading sales improvement projects, and supporting strategy deployment in line with management's top performance priorities.

Your Main Objectives:

  1. Improve commercial performance through effective sales execution and strategic initiative implementation.
  2. Enhance commercial analytics to support informed decision-making at customer level.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales productivity and revenue growth.
  4. Foster collaboration between commercial teams to improve communication and coordination.
  5. Support sales team development through training and coaching programs.
  6. Identify and address business risks associated with sales performance.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (desired).
  • Expertise in Excel and Salesforce is highly beneficial.
  • Bilingualism in English and one or more Nordic languages is preferred.
  • Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.
