National Sales Director Opportunity

nCino, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead national sales efforts within financial institutions as a National Sales Director.

This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying prospective nCino customers, and challenging them to consider a new and innovative offering.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strong nCino brand presence within a geographic territory and drive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

A key aspect of this role is selling newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of experience or a combination of experience and education.
  • Strong professional background with a consistent record of excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.
