Job Overview

Role Summary

TN Sweden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Familiarize yourself with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.

  3. Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  4. Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

  6. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.

  7. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • Valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
