As a Regional Sales Director, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  3. Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed and advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.

  4. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

  5. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • Valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
