Senior Regional Business Development Manager

nCino is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive expansion within the existing customer base as a Regional Vice President.
This role involves identifying prospective nCino customers, challenging them to consider a new and innovative offering, driving opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong professional background with a consistent record of excellence, demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and target prospective nCino customers within a geographic territory and market segment.
- Drive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Develop strong nCino brand presence within a geographic territory.
- Sell newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience or a combination of experience and education.
- Strong professional background with a consistent record of excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.
