About the RoleThe Senior Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercialization of products in the Swedish market, driving business growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and operations to achieve commercial success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing business plans that drive growth and profitability in the Swedish market.
- Leveraging your network and relationships to identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive commercial success.
- Providing leadership and guidance to sales and marketing professionals, empowering them to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- University Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or life sciences.
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and operations roles, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharma brands, especially oncology, immunology, and hematology.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and HTA bodies.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, with local language skills considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to develop and manage budgets and financials.
