About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive key account sales activities in Scandinavia and support our Sales Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with key influencers to drive implementation of CCM strategies with customers.
  • Achieve annual sales targets for the region, including key accounts.
  • Budget planning for key accounts, focusing on top-line growth, margin, and regional category targets.
  • Maximize CCM Hockey's presence in the central selection process.
  • Support sales and marketing plans with European/global alignment.
  • Ensure brand exposure at point-of-sale with assigned customers, aligned with CCM Marketing strategy.
  • Brief internal teams on product and communication needs for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with European HQ support functions and the Distribution Center in Sweden.
