At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Leader to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to join one of the largest medical technology organizations in the world.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  3. Negotiate with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments to ensure successful sales processes.
  4. Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.
  5. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.
  6. Collaborate closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure exceptional customer service levels.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
