Regional Sales Leader

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Leader to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to join one of the largest medical technology organizations in the world.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
- Negotiate with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments to ensure successful sales processes.
- Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner during order follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure exceptional customer service levels.
- Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
- Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
- Drive: strong enthusiasm for medical technology and a passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
- Relationship building and interpersonal skills: talent for building and maintaining connections.
- Empathy: understanding customers' needs to support our mission of making healthcare better.
