The Sales Executive Leader role is a key position focused on client retention and growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage account relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet quota requirements by executing sales plans across major client accounts.
- Maintain expertise in our sales methodology and execute it consistently.
- Plan and optimize territories to achieve sales performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of consultative sales experience in high technology sectors, with proven success in Sales.
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprises.
- Proficiency in computer software and presentation skills.
- Professional level of Swedish language proficiency.
- Familiarity with the full sales process lifecycle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (desired).
