As a Territory Business Executive at TN Sweden, you will play a key role in promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to join one of the largest medical technology organizations in the world.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  2. Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments to ensure successful sales processes.
  3. Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations.
  4. Collaborate closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure exceptional customer service levels.
  5. Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
