About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to join our team at nCino, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence within key territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine strategic plans to engage with prospective customers and foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities that align with nCino's goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Continuously develop and refine your knowledge of nCino's solutions and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline performance to inform future business decisions.

Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • A strong professional background with a consistent record of excellence.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven attitude and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
