About the Role

nCino, Inc. is a leading financial technology company that empowers banks and credit unions to succeed in today's digital landscape. As a Regional Vice President, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence within key territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target prospective customers within a designated region, highlighting the benefits of nCino's innovative solution.
  • Engage with potential clients to challenge their current processes and encourage them to consider a new offering.
  • Drive sales opportunities through qualification, closure, and pipeline management, ensuring quarterly and annual goals are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a strong nCino brand presence within the assigned territory.
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand client needs and leverage expertise in the nCino solution and Salesforce.com platform to meet those needs.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with new customers by mapping decision-making processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Effectively identify key stakeholders and build consensus among them.
  • Collaborate with inside sales partners and marketing teams to maintain a consistent message in the marketplace.
  • Expand nCino's presence within existing clients by maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partnering with the Customer Success team to drive adoption.
  • Sell newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customers.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • A strong professional background with a consistent record of excellence.
  • The ability to challenge executive decision-makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite.
  • Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A history of success in a collaborative work environment and the ability to partner with nCino team members from various departments.
  • The ability to travel to client and nCino office locations as required.
