TN Sweden is seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join its team as a Regional Sales Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expansion.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in sales, marketing, finance or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of B2B experience from international sporting goods sales or retail management and a relevant network in the Scandinavian hockey business is a must.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Expertise in Office Suite applications.
