Key Accountabilities:
The Sales Excellence Manager Nordics will be accountable for:
- Driving commercial growth through effective sales execution and strategic initiative implementation.
- Enhancing sales performance through data-driven insights and process improvements.
- Leading sales improvement projects to optimize sales efficiency and revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
- Fostering collaboration among commercial teams to enhance communication and coordination.
- Providing coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership experience in sales roles.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a management position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more Nordic languages a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
