Key Accountabilities:

The Sales Excellence Manager Nordics will be accountable for:

  • Driving commercial growth through effective sales execution and strategic initiative implementation.
  • Enhancing sales performance through data-driven insights and process improvements.
  • Leading sales improvement projects to optimize sales efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
  • Fostering collaboration among commercial teams to enhance communication and coordination.
  • Providing coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales roles.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a management position.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more Nordic languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
