Job Summary:

This role focuses on driving commercial excellence in the Nordics, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Nordic market.
  2. Lead sales improvement projects to enhance commercial performance and revenue growth.
  3. Analyze and interpret sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales efforts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  5. Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

About Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a management position.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more Nordic languages a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
