Job Description:

Sales Excellence Manager Nordics will drive commercial initiatives with accountability to achieve agreed goals, leading sales improvement projects and supporting strategy deployment in line with management's top performance priorities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive commercial transformation by leading sales improvement projects and deploying strategy across the Nordic market.
  2. Enhance commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at customer level and drive performance.
  3. Lead forecast management for current and next quarter, develop funnel strategies for long-term sustainability, and improve ways of working across commercial activities.
  4. Deploy key sales initiatives across tools and processes to enhance sales productivity.
  5. Develop sales skills by delivering training and/or collaborating with other trainers/vendors to provide relevant training to sales teams.
  6. Coach top opportunities at risk using customer-focused selling tools and techniques.

About You:

  • You have a proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and manage various stakeholders.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential, and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You're fluent in English, and additional Nordic language skills are highly valued.
  • You can analyze data from various sources effectively.
  • You possess problem-solving skills and take ownership of resolving issues.
