Account Lead

The CAR-T Cell Therapy Account Lead (CTAL) drives the Nordic treatment site solution strategy within the local Operating Company business objectives/strategies. This position works in the Nordic Business Unit Cell Therapy, reporting to the Nordic Business Unit Lead.
In this role, the CTAL supports the solution strategy development and tactical implementation tools and materials to drive efficient operational launch and best solution positioning/outcomes. Additionally, the CTAL is responsible for post-monitoring and supporting the performance of treatment sites.
Main Objectives- Drive site operations using agreed metrics and report findings to the CVT.
- Prepare and implement solution activities as defined in the brand plan, adhering to budget constraints.
- Support change management by understanding local cultures, economies, and pressures impacting the business.
- Proven customer-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Passion for technology, specifically in healthcare, along with knowledge of health system operations and commercial functions.
- Ability to complete and implement complex programs in a fast-paced environment while motivating teams around new initiatives.
