We are seeking a Digital Sales Director to drive sales on our online platforms, collaborating with impact teams consisting of Content Managers, Analysts, Martech Specialists, and Conversion Rate Specialists.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing relevant updates of content and materials, proposing campaigns to boost sales, and ensuring the right products are available with new launches as scheduled.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales on open- and logged-in pages
  • Securing relevant updates of content/events to meet online sales targets
  • Ensuring we have the right products on site, and that new products are launched according to plan
  • Analyzing conversion and suggesting actions to improve experience and conversion

The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial focus, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills are also essential, with the ability to simplify complex information for both peers and management.
