TN Sweden is seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join its team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expansion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in sales, marketing, finance or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of B2B experience from international sporting goods sales or retail management and a relevant network in the Scandinavian hockey business is a must.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Expertise in Office Suite applications.
