About the Role

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expansion in Scandinavia. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A degree in sales, marketing, finance or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of B2B experience from international sporting goods sales or retail management and a relevant network in the Scandinavian hockey business is a must.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Expertise in Office Suite applications.
