About the Role

The Technical Account Manager - Cybersecurity will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on complex cybersecurity solutions and services. As a key member of our Pre-Sales team, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions that drive business success.

You will be responsible for:

  • Client relationship building and maintenance, including communication and issue resolution.
  • Providing expert guidance on complex cybersecurity solutions and services.
  • Collaboration with sales and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services and solutions.
