Sales Executive, Baltics Region Lead

Brite Payments is a leading European payment provider of instant payments and payouts. We offer a faster, smarter, and more secure payment experience for merchants and their users.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the region's commercial success by finding, selling, and closing new business opportunities. You will be part of an experienced team that is changing the face of payments by unlocking instant, account-to-account payments and payouts.
We are looking for individuals with a proven sales track record of winning new business and achieving ambitious targets with enterprise merchants in The Baltics. This role requires a critical understanding of merchant needs and payment challenges, who can translate these into a clear and compelling sales motion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payments and with an existing professional network within one or more of our target verticals, including e-commerce, financial services, digital platforms, travel, and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline within your territory plan, identifying and engaging with all relevant merchants and stakeholders.
- Leverage your professional and personal network to get a foot in the door and accelerate sales cycles.
- Pitch Brite's product portfolio, tailoring it to your prospects' needs and being able to explain how our solutions are differentiated from competitors.
- Use our CRM tool to accurately input data, track, and manage your opportunities daily.
- Deliver exceptional buying experiences to your prospects, representing the challenger spirit of Brite through a high integrity and open availability approach.
