About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Consumer Sales Lead for Europe North, responsible for driving business growth, optimizing sales strategies, and enhancing our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and mid-term sales plans, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Drive sales strategy and tactics, leveraging data insights, market research, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize business impact.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related sciences or comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data warehouse systems (e.g., EDW, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
