Parts and Services Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Line Manager to oversee the sales of parts and services within our organization. In this role, you will develop and implement key account plans and strategies to drive sustainability and profitable sales. You will lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory parts and services sales teams, and provide feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
You will conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities, as well as proactively drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business. With an understanding of customer business, operations, and processes, you will engage and take part in discussions and decisions for other functions. The location for this position is flexible within North Europe, and travel is a central part of your job.
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and experience within sales management, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You should have knowledge of EHS practices and fluency in English, both verbal and written. As an inspiring leader, you will empower others and create a work environment that drives success.
