Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of short- and mid-term business plans, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  • Drive sales strategy and tactics, leveraging data insights, market research, and customer feedback to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution and maximize business impact.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related sciences or comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business planning, sales operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data warehouse systems (e.g., EDW, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
