We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive our sales efforts in Norway. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for expanding our presence in the Norwegian market and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

About the Job

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Norwegian market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our HR-tech solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to pursue them.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales goals.
Qualifications:

You should have excellent English language skills and a strong understanding of the Norwegian market. A background in business development, sales, or marketing is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
